North American Maritime Ministry Training Program

Houston Maritime Ministry Training Program (aka: “The Houston School) leverages the experience and knowledge of the Houston Center’s Chaplain Staff and many local, government, and national experts. Since 1972 it has resulted in the Houston Maritime Ministry Training Program, an international annual training school for Maritime Ministry Chaplains, Pastoral Team Members, Ship Visitors, and Managers. The school is managed by the North American Maritime Ministry Association (NAMMA) and endorsed by Stella Maris.
