The Houston International Seafarers Center is a ‘home away from home’ for seafarers visiting the Port of Houston by meeting their spiritual, social and physical needs through support, assistance and fellowship. We visit ships 7 a days a week, 365 days a year. We are a secure resource for transportation, various communication service tools, building relationships and providing a safe harbor for all seafarers.

Contributions of money are tax deductible, as the Houston International Seafarers Center was chartered in 1972 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The Houston International Seafarers Center is a qualified 501(c)(3) organization. Financial support helps continue our work providing humanitarian services to the seafarers that visit Houston everyday on commercial seagoing vessels.
